This is a vintage red lacquered trinket box adorned with floral designs. It is made of wood and is a unique piece. The box is rectangular in shape with almost a dome like top. The top of the box is decorated with a vibrant and gorgeous floral pattern. The colors are comprised of blue, green, pink, white. A gold painted border surrounds the design, adding an elegant touch. The rest of the box is red. I believe the trinket box is Japanese, 20th century. This box would be perfect for decoration, jewelry, or for little trinkets.
