The product is a Victorian Miniature Decorative Frame designed as a Photo Frame. This piece is very unique. The frame is made from this orange velvety type fabric. There's a branch with flowers and leaves done in high relief. Their is a bamboo like border surround where the photo would go. This is a beautiful decorative piece nevertheless and can still serve as a picture frame.
 
The frame is in good condition. The back has some scratches to the metal.
