This is a Hand Painted Artita Imari Japanese Bowl featuring a design of a Foo Dog. The bowl originates from Japan and showcases intricate traditional Japanese artistry. Imari ware is brightly colored and normally consists of blue and red. They were exported to Europe in large quantities during the 17th and 18th century. The bowl is full of different patterns, both geometric and natural. An adorable blue foo dog dominates the center of the bowl. The bowl also features cherry blossom trees, bamboo, and cranes.

 
The bowl is in good condition with some signs of wear and age.
