This is a very nice Vintage 20th century Chinese hand painted calligraphy character which means "rain". The piece is hand painted on rice paper with two signature seals. It is nicely matted. 
 
The drawing is in good condition. Two rub marks on the mat.

This is a vintage museum reproduction of a famous motto "Revere Heaven, Love Mankind" by a famous Edo Japanese Recolutionary, Saigo Takmori, written in 1874. The orginal is in the Kagoshima City Museum of Art in Japan. This reproduction is made on rice paper and has various artist's seals. 
 
The piece is in good condition.
