These two pieces are from Vietnam. The plate features chrysanthemums, which dominates the center. Surrounding the inter rim are floral and decorative natural motifs. The outer rim has an abstract pattern.
 
The tea bowl showcases leaves in the center, which indicates the bowl is for tea/tea leaves. The outside of the bowl has an abstract pattern. 
 
The plate and bowl show some signs of wear and age. The tea bowl has some fading in the center.
